Audible was expanding to new global markets and needed to refine its brand system.

As Audible expanded globally and into new content areas, the brand had an opportunity to evolve into a more flexible system capable of supporting a wider range of storytelling across markets and platforms.

Our goal was to create a clear, scalable visual system that strengthened brand recognition while giving teams the flexibility to express Audible’s diverse catalog.

The Brand System

I designed the refreshed Audible visual system, establishing a framework that balanced consistency with creative flexibility. Key elements included:

A refined color palette
A refined color framework that strengthens brand recognition while supporting a wide range of campaign and content applications.

Secondary Graphics
A system of supporting graphic elements that bring movement and energy to the brand while maintaining a consistent visual language.

Illustration System Expansion
Expanded the illustration system to support a broader range of genres, storytelling styles, and global campaigns.

Brand Guidelines

To support global adoption, we developed a centralized brand guidelines site documenting the visual system and providing practical guidance for teams.

I designed and built several key sections of the site, including:

  • Color system

  • Secondary graphics

  • Illustration guidance

  • Visual overview

  • Presentation templates

Tools for Teams

To make the brand easy to implement across teams and agencies, I developed tools that streamlined everyday brand use.

Brand Working File
A comprehensive working file consolidating all brand elements into a single resource used by internal teams and agency partners.

Presentation Templates
Redesigned PowerPoint and Figma presentation templates to align with the refreshed brand system and support both creative and non-creative teams.

Launch & Adoption

I helped lead the internal rollout of the new brand through training and launch materials.

Brand Creative Training
Co-developed and presented global brand training sessions for internal teams and external agencies. I designed and managed the training deck and presented sections covering the color system, graphics system, and brand tools.

The team delivered 9 global training sessions reaching more than 300 attendees.

Brand Sizzle Reel
Storyboarded and art directed the Audible brand sizzle reel in collaboration with Versus, creating a launch film that captured the energy and direction of the refreshed brand.

Impact

The refreshed brand system became the foundation for Audible’s creative work across global marketing and internal communications.

The project delivered:

• A scalable global brand system
• A centralized brand guidelines platform
• Practical tools enabling consistent brand adoption
• Global training supporting 300+ stakeholders

The system continues to evolve as Audible grows, with ongoing updates to the guidelines and visual framework.
